OASAS Tobacco-Free Technical Assistance Packet Brochures Available Free in Bulk Quantities (up to 300)

The OASAS Tobacco-Free initiative is well underway. Many of you are making great progress in this important step to promote the health and wellness of your staff and those individuals we serve.
OASAS recently mailed a Tobacco-Free Technical Assistance Packet to all certified and funded providers to assist them in their planning efforts to implement and maintain a tobacco-free policy for their facilities. The packet included a brochure that is now available for free in bulk quantities of up to 300.
This brochure may be a useful handout for staff, for the individuals you serve and their families. It discusses the advantages gained by quitting smoking, addresses concerns that an individual may have and provides information about successful ways to quit smoking, along with phone numbers and Websites that offer help.
